According to the Law of Attraction, the Universe responds to the vibrational frequency we emit. When we hold onto the negative emotions from past events, we allow the energies of these emotions to affect our vibrations. Since our vibrations dictate what we can attract into our lives, by clinging to these emotions, we inadvertently allow them to shape our future.

However, this post isn’t advocating for brushing off the weight of past traumas as if they never happened. In fact, it is natural for us to need time, reflection, and realizations before we can truly let go of pain. Furthermore, these emotions can be instrumental for society, often acting as significant catalysts behind social movements that lead to pivotal social reforms.

Everyone has a unique approach to navigating the emotional aftermath of their experiences, with no definitive “right” or “wrong” way. The key here is to find the path that most benefits you, and potentially for the world.

To determine if it’s time to release these emotions, ask yourself: Does retaining these energies benefit me as I will channel them into actionable change that enhances my life or the society? Or do these feelings simply linger, detrimentally impacting my mental well-being? Regardless of your answer, remember healing is a process, and it’s perfectly okay to take the time you need. Setting the intention is an important first step, and the rest will follow.

Healing with energy vibrations

Last two months, I got extensive chances to test healing by directly shielding sickly vibrations from invading, and removing negative vibrations that induce illnesses and hinder recovery.

It all started several weeks ago when someone asked me to help her from being infected with a contagious disease. She had had close contact, including cuddling, with a friend who later got tested positive for that disease. I asked High Self to download an energy shield for her that could bounce off the energy of that disease. Later I checked on her, she was healthy and her test result remained negative.

About a week later, I went sightseeing with someone, but a few hours later she felt unwell. She said the symptoms she was experiencing were similar to when she caught that contagious disease before. I could feel a sickly vibration gradually sneaking into me. Recalling what I did a week ago, I asked High Self to put a shield with the same protective vibration on myself; I also used that same vibration to push that sickly vibration out of myself. Fortunately I remained well, otherwise it could be horrible to be sick, particularly with a contagious disease, while I was traveling.

A couple weeks ago, I could feel strong negative vibrations suddenly resurfaced and rushed toward me, and I got sick. I wasn’t able to clear them all immediately. But as I removed those vibrations, I got better. For example, one day I would cough a lot, but after doing an intensive healing session, I would get significantly better the day after. How sick I was depended on how strong those vibrations were active inside me. After I removed them all, I recovered.

These experiences let me understand that I can directly tackle vibrations as a way to heal a person. Dear audience, you can try it too! You can ask High Self (or a spirit guide you have been working with) to remove the negative vibrations, or fill the spot that has negative vibrations with positive vibrations in order to push the negatives ones out. If you wish to do it yourself, you can achieve it by using strong thoughts too!

How to use the cycle of energy -> thought -> emotion to heal ourselves and improve our lives

The cycle of energy, thought and emotion is an important cycle related to healing, and gives us insights on what we can do if we want to break away from a toxic thought and emotion cycle. Today, I would like to share with you my own experience, and use it as an example to explain how we can use this cycle to improve our lives.

In the past 3-4 years, I suffered from an horrendous energy attack, which wreaked my thought and emotional patterns. During my worst period, I had symptoms that fitted well into the list of symptoms of PTSD, such as having fearful responses to harmless things. I also felt unworthy, unwanted and useless. This happened because the energies activated within us dictate our thought patterns. Then our thoughts generate relevant emotional responses. For example, negative thoughts would lead to negative emotional responses, and the opposite applies. Negative emotions, if unreleased, can accumulate within us as energies, which then lead to unhealthy thoughts, and the cycle continues.

In order to pull myself out of this energetic-mental hellhole, I decided to tackle all three elements in the energy-thought-emotion cycle:

1. Energy-wise, removing and transmuting that horrendous energy; I used my tools, mainly an energy symbol and Spiritual Response Therapy, to do it;

2. Thought-wise, committing to being mindful of my thoughts and practicing appreciations, consciously pulling myself out of negative thoughts;

3. Emotion-wise, replacing fearful associations of harmless items with something positive.

Gradually, my situation improved. Now, I am glad that I am free from PTSD, feel happy with myself, and start to feel la joie de vie again! If you have issues related to your thought patterns and emotional response, you can apply similar strategies to free yourself out of them.

How to use gratitude exercises to release beliefs that hinder your manifestations

Exercising gratitude is beneficial for your well-being. It can help you cultivate healthy thought patterns, become more resilient, and raise your vibrational frequency, hence according to the Law of Attraction attracting more positive experiences into your life.

When you are exercising gratitude, you can use this opportunity to sense how energetically aligned you are to the things that you want to manifest, and test if you harbor energetic blockages and beliefs that are hindering their manifestations.

To do so, express your thanks to the Universe for manifesting the things that you desire, and monitor if your heart feels resonating. For example, if you want to own a house, you can say "thanks for bringing a lovely house into my life" to the Universe. You may experience negative emotions, such as uncertainty and fear, if there are energetic blockages or conflicting beliefs obstructing your manifestations.

If this happens, you can trace back the roots of those blockages and beliefs. For example, could they stem from limiting beliefs absorbed during childhood or traumatic experience that happened some years ago? Afterward, release those blockages and beliefs by methods such as writing them down on a piece of paper and then burning it in a fire.

Manifestation is not a solitary process; you can ask the Universe to guide and support you

Struggling to manifest your desires? This could be due to deeply ingrained limiting beliefs that obstruct your manifestation. However, you don’t need to be alone in your journey; the Universe is always here to help.

The Universe responds to the vibrational frequency you emit. If you find it hard to believe in your desires, it’s possible you’re sending out a conflicting vibration that pushes away what you seek. But it’s perfectly natural to have these doubts. Throughout our lives, we’ve been conditioned to trust only what is tangible and evident. So, when our dreams aren’t physically present, we may deem them as unattainable fantasies, overlooking the possibility of them coming to fruition. It is essential to understand that feeling uncertain at times is a part of the journey, and you’re not alone in this.

Think of manifestation as a journey with several steps rather than a giant leap. Instead of pressuring yourself to jump from the beginning to the end, trust in the Universe to help guide you. For instance, if your dream is to own a home, but the thought feels distant, ask the Universe for signs or stepping stones. You might unexpectedly get a job promotion, or there could be a favorable shift in the housing market. As these tangible signs materialize, your confidence will build, slowly aligning you with the vibrational frequency that turns your dream home into a reality.

Relationship Matters

Potential reasons why you aren’t in a loving relationship or marriage even though you want to

Manifesting a loving relationship and marriage can be quite a self-discovery, self-growth and self-healing journey! Below is a long (but still incomprehensive) list of potential reasons why your relationship desire hasn’t been fulfilled yet:

~ Feeling unworthy of having a loving relationship/marriage and a loving partner due to lack of self-love and having low self-esteem.

~ Holding onto beliefs that you need to have certain qualities in order to be “qualified” to be in a relationship. e.g. I need to have a good career first, or I need to be good looking.

~ Fear of being abandoned, or getting hurt or betrayed. If you have been abandoned or cheated by a spouse in the past or in some past lives, subconsciously you may be running the energy that if you get into a relationship, you will get abandoned or betrayed again.

~ Fear of abandoning, hurting or betraying the person you love. The opposite of the previous situation. If you have abandoned or betrayed someone in the past or in some past lives, regardless of whether you did it willingly or were forced to, you may worry that you will hurt your loved one again if you get into a relationship.

~ Blockages on love, and fear of love. There can be many causes, and here is an example: In some past lives, you loved someone intensely. When they died, you felt devastated. Hence, in this life you harbor the fear that this situation may happen again, and loving someone is dangerous and may result in heart break.

~ Doubt: do you feel unsure if being in a relationship/marriage is right for you? Do you feel unsure if the person you are currently with is right for you? Or do you wonder if there is someone out there who suits you better? However, if your partner suits you well, but you still feel unsure about them, it may mean that you have commitment issues or are not ready to commit yet.

~ Fear of commitment. Bad experiences, such as witnessing parents divorcing each other, and your own previous heartbreaks, can make you feel scared of relationships or feel that it is impossible to maintain a long-lasting healthy relationship. The other reason could be that you still have your eye on many fish in the pond, and you don’t feel ready to settle down yet.

~ Having the belief that being in a relationship or marriage will cost your freedom even though you want to be in one. Here, you have a belief that forces your two desires to crush against each other, causing the Universe to only be able to fulfill one of them. To resolve this situation, you have to let go of that belief, and understand that freedom and being in a relationship can go hand-in-hand. You just need to attract a partner who also values freedom, and work out the details with them on how to maintain a loving relationship while also giving each other enough space and freedom.

~ Having the belief that taking care of your partner/spouse requires a lot of work, which you feel unwilling to do.

~ Holding vows of celibacy (staying single or aseptic) from the past of this life, or from some past lives.

~ Having beliefs that it requires staying single in order to achieve spiritual progress or you see married life as a hurdle to achieving enlightenment. It can particularly be a problem if you grow up in an environment where priests and monks, or any spiritual people are supposed to be single, and relationships are seen as attachments that should let go.

~ Blocked by someone else’s desires. e.g. a parent who refuses to let their child go because they want the child to stay with them to serve them, and their desires are so strong that they block their child from manifesting a suitable suitor.

~ The Universe has already planned a spouse for you, but your current vibration doesn’t support the manifestation of bringing them into your life. You will need to be relaxed with the situation, and clean up your vibration to bring them into your life. I have written tips on how to clean up your vibrations in another post, titled “4 ways to uplift your vibration and keep it high."

~ The Universe has prioritized something else for you to experience first. There can be various reasons why the timing hasn’t arrived yet. Perhaps, you are currently busy with learning other important themes in life. Perhaps, you are handling something so important that in fact this is the very reason why you have reincarnated here this life. Or perhaps, you need to discover yourself more or develop certain qualities first in order to match the frequency of manifesting the person and the relationship of your dreams. For the last reason, the divine intelligence will throw you a bunch of lessons that may seemingly be unrelated to bringing a loving relationship into your life, but in hindsight you will perhaps discover that those events push you to grow in a certain way that you will eventually become a person who can sustain the relationship of your dreams.

~ Still holding onto the energy of the previous relationship(s). You can't travel to a far new place when you are carrying something extremely heavy. You have no space to store new fresh food when your refrigerator is filled with old rotten food. Similarly, new energy and relationship can't come in if you are still holding the energy of your previous relationship(s) within you. You have to let it go, and move on from the past. In some cases, the energetic connections between you and ex(es) can still exist, and you will have to cut them as well.

Attracting your ex-lover by the Law of Attraction: clearing blocks and aligning vibrations between you two

When you first break up with your loved one, your vibration would usually drop as you would likely have to go through a period of grief and anger. As you heal and feel better, your vibration rises again. However, if you continue to see that person negatively, you may manifest a version of that person who still remains in a lower vibration. As a result, you may energetically reject that person as that person does not match your recently improved vibration, and hence have them bounced off from your life.

Ask yourself the following questions to see if you still harbor negative feelings around this person and your relationship with them:

~ What do you feel about this person? Do you see them positively? Do you feel that they are suitable for you? Can they satisfy your desires?
~ What do you feel about getting back together with them? Do you feel it is possible? Do you feel that the relationship will be loving and fulfilling? Do you think it will bring you happiness? Do you believe it will last? Do you really want that person back?

By asking the above questions, you can find out any beliefs that prevent you from manifesting your ex-lover back into your life, and change those beliefs accordingly. However, if no matter how much you have worked on your vibration and changing your beliefs, and your heart still says no to your ex-lover, perhaps your experience has helped you evolve so much that your ex-lover is no longer an excellent match with you, and the Universe has arranged someone better for you instead! So, it can be beneficial for you to be open to new possibilities!

Dealing with Conflicts in Relationships

When conflicts arise, tension between two parties grows because of the reluctance to understand and acknowledge each other’s feelings. ‘Facts’ could be thrown at the other person to make him or her realise that they are wrong. But the ultimate reason is often more about the desire of wanting our own feelings acknowledged by the other person than proving that the other person is wrong. This desire for acknowledgement usually goes both ways.

While the deeds could be right or wrong, there is no correct or wrong feeling.

Blockages and/ or stuck energies from the heart and sacral chakras could cause us to close up ourselves to feeling and receiving love, affection, appreciation, and acknowledgement. If the base chakra is also blocked, there is often a strong feeling of insufficiency or 'not having enough' that could also translate to fear and resentment. All of these could intensify reluctance to opening ourselves up to accepting the views and acknowledging the feelings of others. When this happens, acknowledgement from others may not be easily seen by us either, which altogether worsens the conflicts.

If you run into conflicts in a relationship, try to start by acknowledging that the other person is entitled to his or her feelings. Accept that he or she feels the way they do before presenting your view. When presenting your view, think about the intention of you addressing the issue—what is it that you truly want to express? Is it out of love or out of fear? Do not let fear cloud your judgement.

Dealing with Breakup

When we experience a breakup, it is easy to get into a vicious cycle of negative emotions. This could start with a state of anger and denial where we feel reluctant to accept the situation, a different opinion, or facts. Because we have invested so much time and energy into a person we care so much about, when things turn out different from how we expect, we could feel ‘betrayed’, for ‘how can this happen to me? I have done so so much. All the effort could not have been for nothing’. And so, we deny. Often, this denial stems from a deeper fear of rejection or abandonment.

Sometimes, we could be committing too much, making too many compromises only because we feel that if we do not, this person would leave us and ‘I do not want to be alone’.

Such fear of rejection and abandonment could be soul programmes accumulated throughout different lifetimes or experiences, that can be cleared through spiritual healing techniques such as Razhiel’s SRT. But any spiritual workings would only be additional assistance to our own efforts to let go, change and grow. Past Life Series

Part 1: Who were you in your past lives?

Have you ever wondered who you were in your past lives? Some people have the ability to channel vivid information of their past lives, such as having some scenes from the past revealed to them, however even if you don’t have this ability you can still get some ideas of who you were.

From my experiences and the experiences of people whom I have encountered, I realize that I can get some ideas of who we were by paying attention to what things attract us a lot, especially when we were children. For example, was there a particular ancient civilization or a historial period that you are very drawn to? Is there a certain role in the society that you click with? Here, I would like to share with you my own experience. When I was around 15, I suddenly had the urge to become a Catholic monk living in a remoted European mountain. This urge seemed to come out of complete nowhere as no one in my family was Catholic, and as a girl I could never be a monk. Years later, I learnt that I have at least one past life being a Benedictine monk.

Besides observing what you are attracted to, you can also try this simple method to figure out who you were: self-inquiry. First, quiet your mind. Second, ask yourself questions such as “have I been an ancient Egyptian?” and you may get an answer from your heart. Here are some of the example questions you can ask yourself: “What role did I play during that time?” “Did I have a fulfilling life?” “Did I have a happy family life?” “Did I experience something very difficult or traumatic?” With this questioning technique, you can piece together some of your past life experiences as well.

Part 2: How do our past lives affect us right now?

Traumas, heavy emotions, programs, vows and promises, curses, beliefs, and cellular (body) memories from past lives can impact our present lives.

Traumas and heavy emotions, both from past lives and current life, can act as energetic blockages that interrupt the energy flow in our bodies, which can cause illnesses and prevent us from manifesting well-being. 

A program is a belief that harbors energy accumulated from multiple lifetimes of experiences. It can cause our lives to run in repeating loops until we manage to work out the issues related to that program. However, a strong program can be hard to resolve as a soul can try to work on it in many lifetimes but unfortunately fails, and the energy of that program could grow stronger and stronger throughout those lives.

Vows and promises can bind us to a cause that is already obsolete. A good example is the vow of abstinence for ones who have past lives as monks and nuns, which can cause disruptions in manifesting a fulfilling love life. Another example is the marriage vow: it is important to include “till death do us apart” in the vow, otherwise in our future lives the vow may still bind us with our married partners from this life and prevent us from entering a union with another soul, even when our married partners from this life are not reincarnated in those future lives.

Curses would link the person who curses and the cursed person together, and have perpetual effects not only in this life but the future lives. A person can be cursed by someone else or their own self. Furthermore, a curse can be formed when one believes themselves to be cursed by something or someone, such as life or God. Curses can also run across generations in a family.

Beliefs can bring limitations and prevent us from achieving well-being. Also, be aware that strong beliefs can become vows and curses.

Cellular memories from past lives can cause health issues. e.g. a person who got drowned in a past life can have nasal allergy. A severe wound received from a past life can cause that part of the body to malfunction.

Part 3: How to heal our past lives?

Today, I would like to talk about how we can tackle the issues we have inherited from our past lives. If you haven’t read my previous post about how our past lives can affect us, I really recommend you to read that one first (x). If you have already read it, here is a little reminder that our past lives can affect us through: (1) traumas, (2) heavy emotions, (3) programs, (4) vows, promises and curses, (5) beliefs, and (6) cellular (body) memories. We can heal ourselves by using the following methods:

== Meditation ==

If you are good at meditation, you can meditate to recall problematic past lives, then either release the energy from them, or shift the trajectories of those past lives. While the last method may sound a bit crazy to you, it is because our souls are timeless, with all our past lives being concurrent and continuing to evolve. Hence, past lives can be changed.

== Past life regression through hypnotherapy ==

We can have a session with a hypnotherapist to recall past lives, then ask our souls to release the energy from those past lives. 

== Spiritual Response Therapy ==

SRT is a dowsing technique that allows the practitioner to find out and clear negative energetic blockages and programs that prevent people from achieving well-being by accessing their Akashic Records with the help of High Self. This is the technique that I have been using for 10 years.

== Reiki ==

We can apply healing energy to our emotional and physical bodies (yes, a human body is made of many different layers of bodies, and the emotional body is one of the layers) to heal our emotional and physical issues. We can also send healing energy back to the past life moments that require healing.

The above healing methods work for all issues (1) to (6). Next, I am going to talk about two methods that are effective to some specific issues.

== Prayers to release vows and curses ==

== Writing exercise ==

This method works for clearing our (5) beliefs. Find a topic that you want to work on, then write down what beliefs you have around that topic on a piece of paper. After writing all your beliefs down, erase the negative and limiting beliefs away with an eraser.

The world of healing is gigantic. Here, I am only able to list 6 healing techniques. Everyone has their own preference; you just need to find out what works for you! Good luck!

Part 4: How learning about past lives can improve our self-acceptance

Recalling past lives can help us let go of our limiting beliefs, and feel more comfortable about ourselves and our identities.

For example, when I was younger, I had problems accepting my female identity. This issue stemmed from absorbing a lot of negative beliefs about women in the society, and witnessing the limitations and expectations that had been imposed upon women in their daily lives. As a result, I harbored the beliefs that women were often maidens in distress who couldn’t protect themselves in this unsafe world, and had a lot of constraints in life. These beliefs caused me to fight against my female identity. A few years ago, I decided to work on this issue. While doing healing work allowed me to remove some of these beliefs, recalling some powerful past lives of mine as a woman effectively helped me resolve this issue, as I realized that these beliefs were merely the result of temporary social constructs instead of universal truth. Now, I feel comfortable being a woman, as I fully accept my identity as a woman.

The importance of taking actions without attaching to the results

Most of us are brought up in a goal-oriented environment, and are trained to be goal-oriented, which also leads to our tendency to be attached to the results. While focusing on the desired outcome can help us prepare and design our strategies to achieve our goal, particularly at the initial stage, being attached to the outcome can have detrimental effects. Have you thought of the real life and spiritual benefits of taking actions with your focus on the moment right here and right now while detaching from the outcomes? This article aims to provide the idea of this alternative mentality, and the benefits such mentality may bring.

1. Unaffected by the fear of failure

Many people have great ideas but they refuse to work on them because they are afraid of the possibility of failure. When one is detached from the outcome, they can easily take actions that they feel are right without being hindered by the worrying thoughts of “what if I fail?”


2. Aligning our actions with our inner being

If you are called upon to take certain actions by your heart, it can be a call from the Universe or your inner being! Our feelings, especially those that we receive when we are at peace or in a meditative way, can be guidance from the Universe and our inner being. On the other hand, attachments are related to the ego, and worrying thoughts come from the ego. By detaching from the outcomes, we make our actions more aligned to our inner being, and less affected by our ego.


3. Being more efficient

Being detached from the outcome allows us to focus our valuable energy and time on the creative process right here right now, instead of wasting our resources on worrying about a possibility. 


4. Increasing chances of success

When we are attached to the outcome, we may feel worried and other negative emotions. Since our thoughts and emotions have energy, according to the Law of Attraction, these negative energies increase our chances of attracting a negative outcome. This can be stopped when we detach ourselves from the result.

From my experience, the spiritual community seems to have conflicting beliefs and approaches on how we should handle wants and desires. On one hand we have Buddhism, which believes that wants and desires bring suffering in life, so its teaching encourages people to forgo them. Then, spiritual beliefs such as the Law of Attraction describe wants and desires as good. So, how can this conflict be resolved?

My view is wants and desires are good if used properly. According to the Law of Attraction, wants and desires are the driving force behind manifestations. We, who are spirits having physical experience, come down to this physical world to experience, create, learn and expand. Through our new experience and creations, spirits and the Source expand. Therefore, us having wants and desires are vital to spirits and the Source.

However, we need to make sure that our wants and desires are aligned with the highest good of the Universe and ourselves. If the answer is yes, they may be important guidance from our inner beings! In this case, they are useful for us. Beware that depending on our conscious levels and how aligned we are to our inner beings, we may feel different and hence have different wants and desires. Also, the energies of other people and beings can have influences on us. For example, in the extreme scenario of someone unfortunately having multiple negative non-physical beings in their auras or even in their bodies, their wants and desires are likely to be far from what are the best for them. Thus, we need to be careful with our wants and desires.

So, if wants and desires are not intrinsically bad, then what causes suffering? The answer is attachments, as agreed with the Buddhist teachings. Attachments are what make us feel upset when our wants and desires haven’t been manifested or when our material possessions are gone. They pull us out of our alignment to our inner beings. In fact, they are obstacles to our manifestations of wants and desires! If we are too attached to our past, present situations, perceptions, beliefs and judgements, we will just keep on manifesting the same things over and over again, instead of being able to manifest the new things we want. Also, when we are too attached to our desires that have yet been manifested, we commonly generate negative emotions and thoughts that push us further away from their manifestations. So, we need to detach ourselves as much as possible. In addition, the good thing about not being attached is about having the freedom and ease to act according to our intuitions. When we wake up every day, we are free to adjust our lives and reinvent ourselves. Besides, the Universe is wiser than us. It often manifests something we truly need even without us realizing how important it is to us. We need to stay open to what is to come. If we are too attached to our wants and desires, we close our doors to other opportunities that may be even better for us!

To remove attachments, it doesn’t mean we have to get rid of all our material possessions and isolate ourselves like Buddhist monks and nuns do. Instead, our goal is to try our best to ensure that our wants and desires are aligned with the highest good of the Universe and ourselves, be open to what life brings us, live in the moment, and be as detached as possible. We can keep our things, relationships and wants while still practice detachment. But of course when we are surrounded by all these beauties and comfort, it is easy to get attached to them. Indeed, it is a lifelong spiritual lesson!

In the past year, I have been guided to get hand-on experiences to study and understand the energetic relations between a person and another existence in the world. Here is what I have found out so far, facilitated by my inner guidance and inspirations from Abraham-Hicks, Carlos Castaneda’s writings about his shamanism training with Don Juan Matus, and the Seth Material. To begin, there are three kinds of energetic relations between two people, or a person and an existence such as an object, a concept, a problem or an idea: (1) connections, (2) attachments, and (3) cords.

(1) A connection is driven by the agreement of the soul contracts between two people to maintain a close relation at the current moment. Under an optimal situation, people who we are connected to are the ones who are currently helping us to shift and supporting our lives. It can be our spouses, close friends, close family members, and important mentors and colleagues. It is represented as love (when the connection is strong) and a sense of caring.

Connections can come and go. In principle, the souls would deactivate the connection once the agreement expires, but it may not always be the case. Also, when two people are connected, their energies may affect each other, be it good or bad. Therefore, we need to optimise our connections: only activating the connections between us and the people who are important to us, and deactivating the rest. Our connections are part of us. Take care of them well!

(2) Attachments are energies between one person and another existence. They are the energies that give us negative emotions such as fear and sadness when we lose them in the physical reality, which is only a part of the bigger truth. The thing we are attached to can be a person, a place, an object, or even a concept (e.g. self-identity). Attachment is not love, although people can mistake fear and sadness as love (it is what we were taught since we were kids. That’s why we often mess them up.). According to Abraham-Hicks, love comes from our inner beings, which is part of the Source. When we are aligned to our inner beings, we feel love. Negative emotions do not come from our inner beings, and they appear when we are not aligned. However, it is possible that when two people are in love with each other, they also feel the fear of losing each other. In this case, they are both connected and attached.

When we make big decisions in life, it is advised to align ourselves to our inner beings first, then we would be able to tell whom we really have connections with and what we truly want. This prevents us from mistaking attachments as connections. Watch out that at different frequencies, we may want and be attracted to different things. However, when our frequencies are low, what we want may not be what our inner beings really want and may not be the best for us. So, stay tuned to our inner beings as much as possible, but understand it is normal that there are moments and periods that we are mis-aligned from our inner beings: this gives us contrasts and lessons, which can be good for us in the long run.

(3) Cords are energies between one person and another existence. When we focus on someone or something, a cord is formed and its energy may interfere us. Since we are the creators of our lives, every existence we focus on requires our energies to manifest it in great details in our lives. Therefore, when we skim through someone or something, and already feel that its energy is bad, don’t focus on it! If we focus on a problem, e.g. keeping on thinking about it, the energy related to that problem can come to us as well!

Our thoughts and energies can form cords that are beyond us as well: if we think about a problem with a person, even if that person has nothing to do with that problem, a cord can be formed between the two and that person can be affected by the energy of that problem! Therefore, we need to be mindful with our thoughts. It would be even better if the skill of cord cutting is acquired.


What to do if you feel that you are having problems with your connections, attachments and cords? A clearing/healing guide written according to my personal experience as a spiritual healer:

(I) Ask your High Self to declutter your connections to the optimal situation

(II) Cut all the attachments and cords between you and other people, world energy, the world and material possessions, past history, negative programs, energetic blocks, reasons, causes, beliefs, perceptions, judgement, false ideas, false concepts and other people’s energies (their opinions, their views, etc) *from* you, your connections, your physical and non-physical (e.g. websites, business, work) items, and your living area (yes, our items and our residence are extensions of us and need to be well taken care too!)

(III) Clear any negative program, energetic block, reason, cause, belief, perception, judgement, false idea, false concept that you have with your connections

(IV) You may need to do clearing/healing for some of the people whom you are connected to, especially if they are not well energetically

Note, potential physical side-effect during clearing: Reiki master Linda Elis told me that attachments are related to the stomach areas of our bodies. When I was cutting attachments and cords, I felt stomach discomfort. Once the clearing was done, my stomach felt much better.
